After having almost four years of a very ordinary experience with the previous strata property management company I can now see how much our complex was slowly let go to pieces.  Since Strata Property WA (SP) commenced I can say without doubt the feeling has changed in the complex, it feels clean and fresh, even though we have only begun the list of projects required.  Stafford is a hands-on manager with tons of knowledge and common sense combine that with amiable and great communication.

Stafford is fantastic and is the best Strata Manager our complex has had in over 15 years. He has great attention to detail, delivers on agreed work and communicates with the Council of Owners. He is experienced and identifies issues to be addressed. He has done an amazing job with our complex.
