I am one of the Council of Owners for an 18-unit Strata Complex. Stafford has worked with us the few years to make many improvements for the complex. Stafford is very proactive and has helped and advised us on many physical improvements that we had been needing for some time (security cameras, updated electrical circuits, rectification of minor hazards, etc.) He has also assisted in developing policies for debt recovery and managing bad behaviour at the complex. Stafford responds to all our enquiries promptly and helpfully.
