Stafford is our Strata Manager at our complex in the City (52 apartments) and has provided an exceptional level of service. He has always been proactive in maintenance and tenant issues that invariably arise. Stafford also has also arranged and provided excellent repair and maintenance services at a reasonable cost with total transparency over quotes and is one hundred percent ethical in his dealings. Stafford is an outstanding professional and as an original owner I look forward to many more years of dealing with Stafford and Strata Property WA
