We were very unhappy with the previous strata managers of our complex and were thinking of changing strata companies when Stafford became highly recommended. Since switching to Strata Property WA, we have seen a noticeable improvement in addressing our concerns and in managing our complex. Stafford has been hands-on, efficient, and prompt in following up and addressing all issues. We have never had a better strata manager.

From our first meeting with Stafford we knew we were in expert hands. His experience and knowledge of WA strata title act was invaluable and his professional, honesty and understanding were well received. He listened attentively to the current problems the owner of council was experiencing and provided an unbiased and practical solutions. His company Strata Property WA uses efficient IT technology to process levy statements and monthly financial reports for the complex. I own a unit in Maylands and Stafford Beamish has been the Strata Manager to this 16-unit complex since October 2018. I cannot recommend Stafford highly enough. He has improved the complex so much in the short time he has been the Strata Manager and is always professional, prompt, efficient and reliable.

Stafford is extremely professional and dedicated strata manager.  He is responsive to all our council of owners needs and provides timely and accurate advice on any matters affecting our complex.  We have recently undertaken major renovations at the complex.  Throughout this process Stafford has been instrumental in providing professional project management services by coordinating the initial project proposals, managing resident concerns and ensuring quality workmanship onsite.

Stafford Beamish has been an outstanding service provider for our complex. He is meticulously detail-oriented and methodical, ensuring that even small issues don’t fall through. He has proven to be a talented negotiator both within our Council of Owners, and with external service providers.
