Stafford has been managing our property for several years and his professional service is exceptional. He puts the interests of the owners first and always ensures the complex is very well maintained. His knowledge of strata laws and procedures, is of the highest level.

Stafford responds to strata and building related issues promptly and ensures that maintenance and other works are completed in a timely and cost-effective manner. Stafford provides regular updates for the strata council and is always proactive in finding solutions to any issues as they arise.

I am one of the Council of Owners for an 18-unit Strata Complex. Stafford has worked with us the few years to make many improvements for the complex. Stafford is very proactive and has helped and advised us on many physical improvements that we had been needing for some time (security cameras, updated electrical circuits, rectification of minor hazards, etc.) He has also assisted in developing policies for debt recovery and managing bad behaviour at the complex. Stafford responds to all our enquiries promptly and helpfully. The other councillors and I enjoy working with Stafford and appreciate the great assistance that he has provided in improving the complex and its administration in the last few years.

Stafford is always professional and courteous. In the last ten years we have had several Strata Managers, and Stafford is the best. Always willing to meet to discuss any problems and explain any issues we have. He is proactive in suggesting new initiatives to help maintain and protect our property.

Stafford is extremely professional and dedicated strata manager.  He is responsive to all our council of owners needs and provides timely and accurate advice on any matters affecting our complex.  We have recently undertaken major renovations at the complex.  Throughout this process Stafford has been instrumental in providing professional project management services by coordinating the initial project proposals, managing resident concerns and ensuring quality workmanship onsite.

Stafford has a good business mind and a fair approach to problem solving, since taking over from our previous strata manager he has shown guidance at the COO meetings and our maintenance & look of our complex has vastly improved.

Stafford Beamish has been an outstanding service provider for our complex. He is meticulously detail-oriented and methodical, ensuring that even small issues don’t fall through. He has proven to be a talented negotiator both within our Council of Owners, and with external service providers.
