After having almost four years of a very ordinary experience with the previous strata property management company I can now see how much our complex was slowly let go to pieces.  Since Strata Property WA (SP) commenced I can say without doubt the feeling has changed in the complex, it feels clean and fresh, even though we have only begun the list of projects required.  Stafford is a hands-on manager with tons of knowledge and common sense combine that with amiable and great communication.

Stafford is always quick to respond when our complex has problems that need immediate addressing. I am one of the Council of Owners for an 18-unit Strata Complex. Stafford has worked with us the few years to make many improvements for the complex. Stafford is very proactive and has helped and advised us on many physical improvements that we had been needing for some time (security cameras, updated electrical circuits, rectification of minor hazards, etc.) He has also assisted in developing policies for debt recovery and managing bad behaviour at the complex.
