He ticks all the boxes for our COO – taking excellent care of our financials providing detailed, timely reports and a well organised and prepared AGM. He provides excellent tradespeople at reasonable prices when needed and competitive quotes where required. Stafford is always accessible both during and after hours and is always happy to make site visits when necessary. We receive top-notch strata property management services for a very reasonable professional fee.
