Stafford is our Strata Manager at our complex in the City (52 apartments) and has provided an exceptional level of service. He has always been proactive in maintenance and tenant issues that invariably arise. Stafford also has also arranged and provided excellent repair and maintenance services at a reasonable cost with total transparency over quotes and is one hundred percent ethical in his dealings. After having almost four years of a very ordinary experience with the previous strata property management company I can now see how much our complex was slowly let go to pieces.  Since Strata Property WA (SP) commenced I can say without doubt the feeling has changed in the complex, it feels clean and fresh, even though we have only begun the list of projects required.  Stafford is a hands-on manager with tons of knowledge and common sense combine that with amiable and great communication.

Stafford responds to strata and building related issues promptly and ensures that maintenance and other works are completed in a timely and cost-effective manner. Stafford provides regular updates for the strata council and is always proactive in finding solutions to any issues as they arise.

Stafford is always accessible both during and after hours and is always happy to make site visits when necessary.
