We were very unhappy with the previous strata managers of our complex and were thinking of changing strata companies when Stafford became highly recommended. Since switching to Strata Property WA, we have seen a noticeable improvement in addressing our concerns and in managing our complex. Stafford has been hands-on, efficient, and prompt in following up and addressing all issues. We have never had a better strata manager.

In the time Stafford has been managing our small block of units to has shown strong leadership in all matters relating to the complex and has delivered prompt and enthusiastic service to all issues. He is very approachable and delivers sound service and advice when required.
