Stafford is fantastic and is the best Strata Manager our complex has had in over 15 years. He has great attention to detail, delivers on agreed work and communicates with the Council of Owners. He is experienced and identifies issues to be addressed. He has done an amazing job with our complex. Stafford is our Strata Manager at our complex in the City (52 apartments) and has provided an exceptional level of service. I cannot recommend Strata Property WA highly enough. Stafford Beamish, its Managing Director is extremely efficient and highly knowledgeable in the Strata Title field. He ticks all the boxes for our COO – taking excellent care of our financials providing detailed, timely reports and a well organised and prepared AGM. He provides excellent tradespeople at reasonable prices when needed and competitive quotes where required. Stafford is always accessible both during and after hours and is always happy to make site visits when necessary. We receive top-notch strata property management services for a very reasonable professional fee.

Stafford has been managing our property for several years and his professional service is exceptional. He puts the interests of the owners first and always ensures the complex is very well maintained. His knowledge of strata laws and procedures, is of the highest level.

After having almost four years of a very ordinary experience with the previous strata property management company I can now see how much our complex was slowly let go to pieces.  Since Strata Property WA (SP) commenced I can say without doubt the feeling has changed in the complex, it feels clean and fresh, even though we have only begun the list of projects required.  Stafford is a hands-on manager with tons of knowledge and common sense combine that with amiable and great communication.

I own a unit in Maylands and Stafford Beamish has been the Strata Manager to this 16-unit complex since October 2018. I cannot recommend Stafford highly enough. He has improved the complex so much in the short time he has been the Strata Manager and is always professional, prompt, efficient and reliable.

Since taking over strata management of our property, we have been able to action projects that the owners have been wanting for years. Stafford’s knowledge of building and construction have been an absolute resource when it comes to property maintenance and repairs. Stafford has established a strong channel of communication with our council of owners and has done an amazing job of ensuring our administration and finances are up to date and compliant.

Stafford is the third strata manager we have had since purchasing my apartment. In the year he has been working for us Stafford as accomplished more than any of the others, he listens to our requests and acts on them promptly getting the job done. In this short time Stafford as had the inside of the complex repainted, replaced damaged letterboxes and light fittings and is currently working on upgrading the garden area, all of which have needed attention for the 5 years I have resided at this premises.
